About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for increasing customer preference and driving specification and demand for MPI products in the marketplace for their assigned geographic region
Meet with engineering firms, end-users, municipalities, consultants, OEMs, and contractors to deliver technical presentations
Provide consultative technical support and write specifications to build and grow key customer relationships
Assist the internal product management and engineering teams with customer feedback
Formulate customer needs and concerns into workable product specifications
Ensure appropriate technical assistance regarding product applications to engineering firms, end-users, municipalities, contractors, and standards personnel

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent industry experience
Minimum of three years of proven experience in and Industrial or Mechanical Industry Experience
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think on your feet to field technical questions
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
Ability to utilize creative skills effectively
Superior organizational skills
Ability to travel up to 60%
