About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the daily priorities for footprint states
- Support and manage functions/duties related to foreclosure title processes
- Ensure client guidelines and requirements are followed to avoid fees or penalties
- Analyze reports to monitor trends and identify inefficiencies
- Create, modify, deploy, and apply Work Instructions
- Audit daily performance logs to improve process and productivity levels
- Onboard and oversee all new Team Member training
- Routinely analyze the CaseAware sequences for inefficiencies
- Provide exception reporting and interaction in monthly departmental meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or Paralegal certification preferred
- At least 5+ years related experience preferred in default operations/creditors' rights
- Working knowledge/familiarity with the foreclosure process from start to finish preferred
- Prior experience in a law firm setting preferred
- Notaries or candidates willing to become a notary are preferred
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
- Professionally communicate and provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience and working knowledge of client systems like Black Knight, Tempo, and Case Aware
- Proficiency with Microsoft products including MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
