About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the daily priorities for footprint states
  • Support and manage functions/duties related to foreclosure title processes
  • Monitor adherence to Firm policies and procedures and compliance
  • Assist in establishment and implementation of department policies, procedures and reporting
  • Monitor workflow to ensure that appropriate levels of productivity and customer service are met
  • Support title team to ensure department standards and client objectives are met
  • Lead department staff and team leads to ensure compliance with Firm's policies and procedures
  • Re-develop and implement training guides and programs
  • Ensure client guidelines and requirements are followed
  • Analyze reports to monitor trends and identify inefficiencies for the Title department
  • Provide exception reporting and input/interaction in monthly Firm departmental meetings
  • Create, modify, deploy and apply Work Instructions and monitor Team adherence for coaching
  • Audit daily performance logs to improve process and productivity levels
  • Meet contractual timelines through monthly audits of client referrals
  • Onboard and oversee all new Team Member training
  • Handle all escalated matters and evaluate improvements
  • Administer and monitor Performance Improvement Plans
  • Review and approve staff payroll and PTO requests
  • Perform all direct reports Annual Assessments
  • Participate in testing of document templates for the title department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree or Paralegal certification preferred
  • At least 5+ years related experience preferred in default operations/creditors' rights
  • Working knowledge/familiarity with the foreclosure process from start to finish preferred
  • Prior experience in a law firm setting preferred
  • Notaries or candidates willing to become a notary are preferred
