About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate and lead projects including practice expansions, acquisitions, onboarding, and renovations
- Coordinate between business partners and leadership for problem resolution, project evaluation, and system implementation
- Lead clinical improvement and service enhancement work with Quality and Safety
- Support Quality Improvement and Patient Safety initiatives
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, equipment, and information
- Prepare comprehensive project action plans with resources, timeframes, and budgets in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Monitor project progress and handle issues
- Communicate project status to participants
- Facilitate statistical analysis and research methodologies using appropriate benchmarks
- Apply creative approaches to operational problem solving and address conflicts tactfully
- Build collaborative relationships with physicians and health system partners
- Analyze financial processes and provide data to service line management to improve performance
- Perform additional duties supporting departmental and organizational goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
- Healthcare quality improvement experience required
- Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of project management experience is preferred
