About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate and lead projects including practice expansions, acquisitions, onboarding, and renovations
  • Coordinate between business partners and leadership for problem resolution, project evaluation, and system implementation
  • Lead clinical improvement and service enhancement work with Quality and Safety
  • Support Quality Improvement and Patient Safety initiatives
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, equipment, and information
  • Prepare comprehensive project action plans with resources, timeframes, and budgets in collaboration with the Project Manager
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
  • Monitor project progress and handle issues
  • Communicate project status to participants
  • Facilitate statistical analysis and research methodologies using appropriate benchmarks
  • Apply creative approaches to operational problem solving and address conflicts tactfully
  • Build collaborative relationships with physicians and health system partners
  • Analyze financial processes and provide data to service line management to improve performance
  • Perform additional duties supporting departmental and organizational goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
  • Healthcare quality improvement experience required
  • Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-2 years of project management experience is preferred
