About the role

- Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
- Serves as project leader in a coordinating role between clients and IT personnel for problem resolution, project evaluation and system integration and implementation.
- Coordinates systems support, which includes design, coding, documentation, training and implementation of multiple systems.
- Serves as the primary liaison between the IT department, vendors and clients for multiple complex systems/applications and interfaces.
- Provides technical assistance to clients and IT staff specifically as it relates to integration of complex systems.
- Participates in on-call rotation schedule, to include daily, after hours and weekends, to provide 24x7 client support when necessary
Requirements
- Five years of related work experience including coding, interface programming, system integration, and information systems/technology support required.
- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills, initiative, organizational skills, analytical abilities, and the ability to lead projects.
- Three years of experience with desktop applications, must be highly proficient in Word, Excel, and Project Management Software.
- Must have a thorough understanding of change control, code management, troubleshooting and monitoring of system performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Healthcare/Computer Science equivalent combination of education and experience.
