Key responsibilities & impact

Building trusted advisory relationships with clients
Conducting in-depth discovery with each client
Developing tailored strategic guidance
Proactively partnering with the Sales team
Providing proactive, ongoing strategic advisory touchpoints
Delivering strategic advisory sessions on priority HR topics
Facilitating McLean & Company webinars and roundtables
Managing a defined book of business, with accountability for retention
Ensuring an exceptional client experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of progressive HR experience
3-5 years leading an HR team or functional HR area
Broad subject matter expertise across multiple HR disciplines
Proven ability to build and maintain trusted advisory relationships
Ability to provide contextualized, evidence-informed strategic guidance
Collaborative with superior listening, critical thinking, influencing, and verbal/written communication skills
Independent self-starter with strong project management skills
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible, and rapidly changing work environment
Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
