Clinical Care Partner, Counselor/Therapist
MCLAUGHLIN, YOUNG HClinical Care Partner providing support and case management in mental health services for employees and families. Managing phone-based assessments, referrals, and maintaining client relationships.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Phone based assessment of client needs and refer to providers or community resources
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and providers
- Communicate via phone, video conferencing, and email
- Provide excellent customer service including follow-up
- Maintain case notes
- Comply with procedures to ensure confidentiality and security (e.g., HIPAA)
- Assist with scheduled after hours on-call (for additional compensation); all calls screened by after-hours services and on-call is notified in case of emergent situations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s or doctorate degree
- 3+ years’ post-masters experience in a mental health field
- Clinical licensure in the state of North Carolina (associate-level will be considered)
- Comfortable working with a team
- Organized and able to multi-task and manage well under stressful situations
- Customer service experience including phone-based
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn EAP software
- EAP experience and CEAP credential
