About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain oncology regimen templates, decision support, treatment algorithms, clinical guidance, education, and related content
- Lead disease and drug reviews and provide clinical expertise for Value Pathways, P&T, regimen standardization, and physician governance
- Partner with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to ensure content is evidence-based, feasible, and aligned with Network priorities
- Ensure clinical accuracy, consistency, and patient safety across assigned content
- Monitor emerging therapies, evidence, guidelines, and treatment trends affecting Network practices
- Translate clinical intelligence into content priorities, governance recommendations, and adoption strategies
- Develop scalable, technology-enabled tools, workflows, education, and implementation frameworks
- Evaluate and develop AI-assisted content processes, technology-enabled solutions, and workflow-aligned clinical guidance
- Analyze workflow, utilization, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Define reporting requirements, success measures, and value metrics with analytics teams
- Use data and stakeholder insights to prioritize work and refine content strategies
- Redesign, automate, simplify, or discontinue low-value and high-effort processes
- Lead multi-stakeholder projects with clinical, technical, operational, and physician partners
- Develop and execute project plans for strategic clinical initiatives
- Facilitate decisions, build consensus, and communicate across diverse audiences
- Advise on clinical content, implementation, and adoption while balancing quality, feasibility, timing, and stakeholder needs
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and workplans for Clinical Content programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
- Active pharmacist license required
- 4+ years of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in oncology pharmacy
- Expertise in oncology regimens, evidence evaluation, clinical pathways, EHR workflows, and clinical content development
- Demonstrated project leadership and influence across cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex clinical information for varied audiences
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree strongly preferred
- Board certification, preferably Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist
- Post-doctorate pharmacy residency
- Experience with emerging therapy adoption and technology-enabled or AI-assisted clinical workflows
- Experience with analytics, performance reporting, process improvement, change management, or structured implementation
