About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support financial evaluation of acquisition targets and strategic investments for the segment
- Analyze standalone financials of target companies to identify trends, risks, and inconsistencies
- Build and update operating models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity analyses
- Assess and recommend adjustments to seller financial models, including revenue quality, cost structure, and EBITDA normalization
- Partner with Corporate Development and business leaders to develop revenue and cost synergy cases
- Support diligence processes, including data room review, Q&A, and synthesis of findings
- Translate diligence findings into actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Support post-close integration planning and execution
- Track synergy realization and monitor performance against deal assumptions
- Identify risks to value delivery and actions to improve outcomes
- Translate complex financial, operational, and market data into actionable recommendations
- Contribute to materials for senior leadership reviews and investment discussions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 7+ years of relative experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking or related roles
- Experience with financial and business case modeling
- Ability to analyze and identify trends and provide recommendations for actions
- Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills
- Experience with planning tools (e.g. SAC)
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious
- Strong financial modeling capabilities
