About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the design, analysis, administration, and execution of executive compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, equity, executive offers, promotions, separations, and related compensation actions
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, financial modeling, and compensation analyses for executive-level recommendations
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, Corporate Governance, and external advisors
- Prepare analyses, summaries, dashboards, presentations, data tables, and documentation for senior stakeholders and the Compensation and Talent Committee
- Contribute to assigned sections of the annual proxy statement, including tables, graphics, narratives, and compensation disclosures
- Support incentive plan design, administration, modeling, year-end results modeling, payout processes, and plan communications
- Evaluate incentive plan implications related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, organizational changes, and executive transitions
- Identify and implement automation, AI-enabled tools, digital agents, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI dashboards, Excel automation, and data visualization solutions
- Build or support dashboards and digital reporting tools for executive compensation metrics and recurring deliverables
- Share AI and digital best practices to improve team efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and speed to insight
- Report to the Senior Director, Executive Compensation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of compensation, executive compensation, finance, data analytics, HR analytics, or related professional experience
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, data interpretation, and financial acumen skills
- Ability to work with large datasets and understand incentive plan mechanics and compensation cost implications
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis, modeling, data validation, and compensation reporting
- Experience with Power BI, dashboards, data visualization, reporting automation, or digital analytics tools strongly preferred
- Practical knowledge of AI, automation, digital agents, Microsoft Copilot, or related efficiency tools
- Ability to translate manual or repetitive processes into automation, dashboard, or AI-enabled solutions
- Familiarity with executive compensation design, governance, regulatory requirements, SEC disclosure, proxy advisors, or related practices
- Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management, prioritization, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate across HR, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Governance, and external advisory teams
- Experience supporting executive compensation programs, incentive plan design, proxy statement preparation, or Compensation Committee materials preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- CCP, CECP, or related compensation, analytics, finance, or HR certification preferred
