About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies
Design and implement real-time data streaming solutions using Apache Kafka
Build integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms using APIs, messaging queues, and middleware
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to embed predictive analytics, NLP, and automation features
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using CP4D
Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and Oracle triggers
Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systems
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and CI/CD processes
Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure uptime and responsiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of relevant hands-on development experience
Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS
Proficiency in ETL development, Oracle performance tuning, and complex SQL
Deep understanding of Apache Kafka for event-driven and real-time data processing
Experience implementing AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred: healthcare or supply chain experience; API gateways, service mesh, observability tools, MLOps, production AI model deployment, cloud/Kafka/AI certifications, Spark, or Flink
