Key responsibilities & impact

Spearhead the enterprise-wide integration of digital technologies at SCRI.
Align technology strategy with business priorities, ignite innovation, and deliver measurable impact through digital excellence.
Architect and execute strategic plans that implement technology, drive adoption, and maximize enterprise value.
Partner with senior executives and research leaders to embed digital technologies, data analytics, and AI into clinical research operations.
Champion the deployment of AI-driven tools to transform cancer care.
Identify high-impact use cases for digital transformation and AI across clinical operations.
Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives to drive adoption of new technologies.
Establish and track KPIs to evaluate the impact of digital and AI initiatives on research productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Build and lead a high-performing digital transformation team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
Typically, 15+ years of experience in clinical research or a related field, with a strong focus on digital transformation, data analytics, and AI integration.
Demonstrated experience in leading digital and AI initiatives within a clinical or healthcare setting.
Proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and change leadership.
In-depth understanding of clinical research processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
Access to cutting-edge technology and tools to support digital strategy.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with a team of skilled professionals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex challenges.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in system design tools and methodologies
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for scalable and secure data storage and processing
Experience with ensuring interoperability between different clinical systems and platforms to facilitate seamless data exchange and collaboration
Extensive knowledge of advanced engineering principles, theories, and concepts.
