About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

support intake and organization of analytics requests across operating teams and practices
partner with IMPACT Analytics team members to gather, document, and maintain business requirements
create and maintain project portfolio reporting and dashboards
manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple analytics initiatives
track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to ensure delivery stays on schedule
work with stakeholders to clarify business needs and translate them into structured inputs for analytics teams
coordinate across Practice Enablement, IMPACT Analytics, Finance, and Operational teams
support rollout of dashboards and analytic solutions to stakeholders
support development and refinement of analytics intake and tracking processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, consulting, analytics delivery, or healthcare services
Experience working with analytics, reporting, or business intelligence teams in a coordination or delivery capacity
Demonstrated experience managing project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to gather, document, and communicate business requirements clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or similar)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
