About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead planning and execution support for high-priority Network initiatives and special projects
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, governance processes, and success measures
Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive issue resolution to keep initiatives on track
Provide project management expertise and execution discipline across multiple concurrent programs
Support Network-sponsored leadership development programs, including Executive Director cohort initiatives and future leadership offerings
Coordinate program plans, milestone tracking, meetings, communications, and participant engagement activities
Ensure alignment among program sponsors, participants, and supporting teams
Track outcomes and provide reporting on program effectiveness and progress
Partner with teams across Clinical Operations, Strategic Operations, Finance, Technology, Analytics, Marketing, and other Network functions
Facilitate communication, decision-making, and follow-through across complex initiatives
Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates
Identify opportunities to improve project planning, reporting, and execution through process standardization, automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, consulting, healthcare administration, strategic initiatives, or related disciplines
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving senior leadership stakeholders
Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot
