About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead planning and execution support for high-priority Network initiatives and special projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, governance processes, and success measures
- Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive issue resolution to keep initiatives on track
- Provide project management expertise and execution discipline across multiple concurrent programs
- Support Network-sponsored leadership development programs, including Executive Director cohort initiatives and future leadership offerings
- Coordinate program plans, milestone tracking, meetings, communications, and participant engagement activities
- Ensure alignment among program sponsors, participants, and supporting teams
- Track outcomes and provide reporting on program effectiveness and progress
- Partner with teams across Clinical Operations, Strategic Operations, Finance, Technology, Analytics, Marketing, and other Network functions
- Facilitate communication, decision-making, and follow-through across complex initiatives
- Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates
- Identify opportunities to improve project planning, reporting, and execution through process standardization, automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, consulting, healthcare administration, strategic initiatives, or related disciplines
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving senior leadership stakeholders
- Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot
