Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Blazor, .NET, SQL, Databricks, and Python
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business requirements
Translate business needs into well-defined technical specifications
Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirements review sessions
Work with lead developers and the manager to architect and design solutions
Produce architecture documentation and technical specifications
Partner with the QA team to review test plans and ensure acceptance criteria are met
Support defect triage and contribute to overall software quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Typically has 3–5+ years of software development experience
4+ years of hands-on software development experience with .NET and SQL in a professional environment
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Proficiency in Blazor and .NET for web application development
Experience with Databricks and Python for data engineering and analytics workloads
Familiarity with OKTA for identity and access management
Working knowledge of GitHub for source control and JIRA for project and issue tracking
Demonstrated experience using AI Agents and AI-assisted tools
