About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, maintain, and strategically enhance relationships with assigned practices to optimize revenue cycle outcomes
  • Serve as the principal relationship manager for assigned practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Demonstrated expertise in revenue cycle management, practice operations, and strategic planning
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced analytical skills with a proven ability to develop actionable insights from complex data sets
  • Track record of influencing organizational strategy and driving process improvement without direct supervisory authority.
