About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex infrastructure M&A programs and other critical initiatives
Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success measures aligned to enterprise priorities
Coordinate planning and execution across infrastructure domains including network/connectivity, cloud platforms, identity services, and endpoint technologies
Identify, track, and resolve program-level risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed
Establish and maintain governance structures, including executive-level reporting and communications
Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to drive alignment and informed decision-making
Oversee Day 1 readiness, Day 2 transition activities, and TSA execution where applicable
Mentor and guide project managers, reinforcing delivery best practices and consistent methodologies
Drive continuous improvement in project execution, tools, and delivery standards
Ensure compliance with enterprise delivery frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience leading IT projects or programs
Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale initiatives in enterprise environments
Demonstrated experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or major infrastructure transformations
Strong working knowledge across core infrastructure domains
Hands-on experience applying Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience leading high-visibility, cross-functional programs
Track record of mentoring and developing project managers
Sound judgment and decision-making in complex or ambiguous situations
Experience using enterprise project and delivery tools (e.g., Planview, Jira)
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent preferred
Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe) a plus
ITIL Foundation a plus
