About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex infrastructure M&A programs and other critical initiatives
  • Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success measures aligned to enterprise priorities
  • Coordinate planning and execution across infrastructure domains including network/connectivity, cloud platforms, identity services, and endpoint technologies
  • Identify, track, and resolve program-level risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed
  • Establish and maintain governance structures, including executive-level reporting and communications
  • Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to drive alignment and informed decision-making
  • Oversee Day 1 readiness, Day 2 transition activities, and TSA execution where applicable
  • Mentor and guide project managers, reinforcing delivery best practices and consistent methodologies
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution, tools, and delivery standards
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise delivery frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience leading IT projects or programs
  • Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale initiatives in enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or major infrastructure transformations
  • Strong working knowledge across core infrastructure domains
  • Hands-on experience applying Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading high-visibility, cross-functional programs
  • Track record of mentoring and developing project managers
  • Sound judgment and decision-making in complex or ambiguous situations
  • Experience using enterprise project and delivery tools (e.g., Planview, Jira)
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent preferred
  • Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe) a plus
  • ITIL Foundation a plus
