Provide strategic and technical leadership across multiple software engineering teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of professional experience
4+ years of management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
Deep expertise in Java software development and microservices architecture
Proven track record of designing and delivering complex applications on modern cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS)
Strong knowledge of cloud-native design patterns, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code
Extensive experience implementing Agile methodologies, DevOps/CI-CD pipelines, and automation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and data privacy standards
