Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership or director-level role
Strong background in product management, healthcare technology, or SaaS platforms
Proven experience managing complex products in a healthcare or platform environment
Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycles, reimbursement, and prior authorization processes
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
Ability to work independently with significant latitude in determining objectives and approaches.
