Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as Principal Architect in a large, complex organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 15+ years of Technical leadership experience as a Principal architect in large matrix organizations
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs that deliver business and technical outcomes
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, emerging technologies, and their application in real-world business environments
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of technology management, with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and implement quality improvement programs
  • Experience in driving digital transformation and value through technology
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and developing teams
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
  • Experience establishing and operating an Architecture review board for a business unit
  • Deep understanding of composable architectures at scale
  • Thorough experience with large digital products with high scale (i.e. eCommerce & SFDC)
