Proven track record leading large-scale cloud migrations or enterprise infrastructure transformations
Direct experience with GCP infrastructure (VPC, Cloud Interconnect, Cloud SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, GKE, Cloud Monitoring)
Broad infrastructure domain expertise across network engineering, cloud architecture, database management (Oracle, SQL Server, Cloud SQL), and storage systems
Experience designing and leading migration wave programs
Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management
Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
