About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end revenue processes
  • Own pipeline management standards and run regular audits to ensure data integrity
  • Help manage forecasting models and cadence support executive-level visibility
  • Analyze sales metrics, pipeline health, and rep performance data
  • Partner with sales leadership on process improvement and enablement strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations
  • 5+ years of progressive experience with measurable GTM impact
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach.io, Salesloft)
  • Ability to build and manage forecasting models, pipeline reporting, and sales velocity metrics
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience documenting processes and creating scalable playbooks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
