About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • support the evaluation and execution of inorganic growth opportunities across the enterprise
  • work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to analyze acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and other strategic transactions
  • collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to deliver financial analysis, market insights, and transaction coordination
  • support the Corporate Development team across the full transaction lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, and execution
  • conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments
  • support strategic analyses including market sizing, customer segmentation, and business case development
  • analyze financial statements, business plans, and pro forma models to identify key drivers and assumptions
  • support coordination of due diligence across functional areas (finance, legal, HR, operations, technology)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in:
  • investment banking
  • corporate development
  • private equity / venture capital
  • transaction advisory or strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
  • strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analysis of company performance
  • ability to synthesize market data, competitive intelligence, and industry trends into actionable insights
  • structured thinker capable of breaking down complex business problems and identifying key drivers
  • ability to clearly communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • high degree of accuracy in financial analysis and deliverables
  • effective team player with experience working across cross-functional environments
  • ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
