About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for retaining and growing territory of existing customers/practices in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Ophthalmology, and Neurology.
- Develop and support relationships with customers at multiple levels, including c-suite.
- Maximize McKesson products to achieve customer business objectives.
- Day-to-day account management, relationship building, selling, and troubleshooting.
- Act as customer liaison and advocate supporting all activities related to customer needs.
- Identify strategically important customers, decision makers/influencers and maintain relationships with them.
- Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of relevant experience
- 4+ years of progressive experience in sales
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent work experience in Business, Health Administration, Communications, or other healthcare related fields
- Demonstrated retention and account management experience
- Exceptional time and territory management and organizational skills
- Strong experience with long-term contracts negotiation/renegotiations
- Experience delivering customer quarterly business reviews
- Strategic and creative mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated capabilities to establish executive-level relationships
- Strong professional communication skills to express complex messages to stakeholders
