About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for retaining and growing territory of existing customers/practices in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Ophthalmology, and Neurology.
  • Develop and support relationships with customers at multiple levels, including c-suite.
  • Maximize McKesson products to achieve customer business objectives.
  • Day-to-day account management, relationship building, selling, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as customer liaison and advocate supporting all activities related to customer needs.
  • Identify strategically important customers, decision makers/influencers and maintain relationships with them.
  • Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent work experience in Business, Health Administration, Communications, or other healthcare related fields
  • Demonstrated retention and account management experience
  • Exceptional time and territory management and organizational skills
  • Strong experience with long-term contracts negotiation/renegotiations
  • Experience delivering customer quarterly business reviews
  • Strategic and creative mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated capabilities to establish executive-level relationships
  • Strong professional communication skills to express complex messages to stakeholders
