Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with practice management leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to build, maintain, and prioritize practice operating plans
Own tracking and coordination of active initiatives within assigned practices
Act as the bridge between leadership and supporting functions, ensuring alignment and clear communication
Prepare clear, actionable updates for leadership reflecting the status of initiatives
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize workflows by leveraging the latest tools and resources.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
7+ years of relevant experience in business operations or healthcare services
PMP, CAPM, or similar certification highly desired
Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet)
Proficiency in MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, Teams, Copilot, etc.)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing business needs
Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action.
