About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own the end-to-end Supply Chain modernization strategy
- Develop and maintain a multi-year transformation roadmap
- Identify and implement tactical solutions that bring high efficiencies and savings
- Lead the Supply Chain Modernization Office
- Partner with delivery teams for major S/4 Implementations
- Own modernization CapEx and OpEx planning
- Establish clear transition paths from project delivery to business-as-usual operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain technology, transformation, or large-scale enterprise programs
- Proven leadership of multi-year modernization initiatives in complex, regulated environments
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and investment portfolios
- Deep understanding of supply chain systems, processes, and operating models
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of AI and experience deploying those technologies in a supply chain environment.
