Key responsibilities & impact- Provide Employee Relations (ER) consultant services
- Consult with HR practitioners and managers on employee issues

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or equivalent
- Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
- 3-5 years in Employee Relations Healthcare Industry experience REQUIRED
- HR Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
- Working knowledge of current employment law and regulations
- Employee Relations Investigations & Documentation
- Strong Consulting, Educational and Influencing Skill
