Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or equivalent
Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
3-5 years in Employee Relations Healthcare Industry experience REQUIRED
HR Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Working knowledge of current employment law and regulations
Employee Relations Investigations & Documentation
Strong Consulting, Educational and Influencing Skill
