About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate as a leader within the product organization to drive operating model and management mechanisms
Partner with the Product Leadership on enablement, product hygiene, training, and sharing of best practices
Run the management mechanisms by which the product organization makes investment decisions and measures outcomes
Drive transparency in the tracking of the performance of products and business objectives
Collaborate with Product Leadership, Engineering, Customer Success, and other teams to facilitate seamless integration with strategic objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or related field
Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, strategy, or technology leadership
Experience with designing and running operating mechanisms and demonstrably improving them over time
Strong cross-functional facilitation and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ownership of one or more of: portfolio management cadence, prioritization framework, or governance across a multi-team product organization
Familiarity with building AI tools and workflows to accelerate product development velocity
