About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and monitor data ingestion pipelines and integration workflows
- Troubleshoot data pipeline, file transfer, and application issues to identify root causes
- Manage secure inbound and outbound file transfers using SFTP and managed file transfer (MFT) tools
- Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field OR equivalent relevant experience
- 2+ years of related experience supporting systems, applications, or data processes
- Basic working knowledge of SQL for data validation or troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot system behavior, and communicate findings clearly
