Key responsibilities & impact- Frames and leads work on high‑impact operational problems across the distribution network in partnership with DC leadership.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, or continuous improvement within a distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex work through influence, not position.
- Proven experience framing problems and driving change in live operating environments.
- Sound operational judgment with the ability to navigate service, safety, labor, and cost trade‑offs.
- Clear communicator, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
