About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage customer relationships by serving as the primary day-to-day contact for small-to-mid-size health system accounts
  • Support the field sales team by handling sales support tasks and administrative functions
  • Coordinate cross-functionally between customers and internal McKesson teams (operations, supply chain, contracting)
  • Drive the customer roadmap by partnering with field sales to execute account renewal strategies
  • Navigate contracting processes by supporting or leading contract negotiations for assigned accounts
  • Spend the majority of your time on-site at customer locations, building trust and strengthening partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree or equivalent experience and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, sales support, or customer-facing account management
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships or resolving customer escalations
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
