About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage customer relationships by serving as the primary day-to-day contact for small-to-mid-size health system accounts
- Support the field sales team by handling sales support tasks and administrative functions
- Coordinate cross-functionally between customers and internal McKesson teams (operations, supply chain, contracting)
- Drive the customer roadmap by partnering with field sales to execute account renewal strategies
- Navigate contracting processes by supporting or leading contract negotiations for assigned accounts
- Spend the majority of your time on-site at customer locations, building trust and strengthening partnerships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or equivalent experience and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, sales support, or customer-facing account management
- Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships or resolving customer escalations
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
