About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and oversee a compliant Key Opinion Leader (KOL) speaker bureau
- Identify, engage, and develop oncology KOLs across community and academic settings
- Measure bureau performance and gather stakeholder feedback
- Translate publications and congress data into concise educational assets
- Provide clinical support on EHR-driven educational initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with medical, marketing, product, compliance, and legal teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience
- 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
- Clinical degree/background required (e.g., RN, BSN, NP)
- Community oncology experience strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in clinical education, medical communications, medical affairs, or a related field
- Experience identifying, managing, and developing KOLs, including contracting and speaker program support
- Excellent scientific writing and synthesis skills
