About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for advanced quality oversight across daily operations
- Partner with Operations, Account Management, and customers as a quality liaison
- Oversee the CAPA program and ensure documented non-conformances
- Manage client project requests and complaints
- Perform inspection and release processes for product entries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- 3-5 years in a pharmaceutical quality/regulatory environment, preferred
- Quality Management System and/or Document control management experience, preferred
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, including FDA requirements, preferred
