About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and maintain operational readiness tools for stores, including playbooks, operational guides, checklists, and readiness frameworks.
Translate the directions and standards set by the Director into concrete, execution-ready mechanisms applicable to the store scope and usable by Retail Operations.
Ensure operational readiness for stores undergoing renovation, opening, or turnaround until transition to field execution.
Structure readiness frameworks related to promotional waves, recurring activities, and initiatives impacting in-store assortment and merchandising.
Work closely with merchandising teams to incorporate store-related requirements into execution plans and optimize in-store rollout.
Act as the interface point with Retail Operations to ensure a clear understanding of readiness mechanisms, without assuming responsibility for field execution.
Incorporate field learnings, team feedback, and partner recommendations into the ongoing evolution of store tools and standards.
Monitor and analyze store readiness metrics, identify upstream risks, and recommend adjustments to readiness mechanisms.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University or college degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, operational readiness, or commercial execution support within the pharmaceutical sector.
Proven ability to design practical, store-applicable operational tools and frameworks.
Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams possessing complementary expertise.
Proficiency with analytical and operational tools (Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, or equivalents).
