About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead financial reporting and automation for CMM Finance
- Partner across Finance, IT, and Data Engineering to drive reporting modernization
- Manage SAP Analytics Cloud support tasks and run reconciliations
- Build ad hoc reports and maintain high-quality data documentation
- Mentor analysts through training and code reviews
- Track reporting usage and performance and recommend improvements
- Build strong relationships across Finance and IT teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience
- Expert (7+ years) in Power BI and SQL
- Advanced (7+ years) skills in Power BI (modeling, performance tuning, UX)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, semantic layers, financial reporting, and reporting architectures
- Experience creating automated solutions and dashboards for finance teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience mentoring analysts and raising technical capability
