About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end product development of multiple data driven products
- Drive strategy, execution, and delivery of technology products that serve healthcare providers, payers, manufacturers, and patients
- Define and execute product roadmap for data and platform products in the healthcare space
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical and operations teams to deliver high-impact features
- Translate business goals into detailed product requirements and user stories
- Prioritize features and technical investments based on customer value, business needs, and technical feasibility
- Drive agile execution with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success and inform roadmap decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years’ relevant experience
- 8+ years in a hands-on product manager role
- Proven success in launching and scaling data or platform products in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of healthcare data and interoperability standards
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex backend systems or cloud-based platforms
- Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics tools, and modern product development frameworks
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree strongly preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25-50% of the time
