About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all aspects of the technology relationship with customers
- Develop, grow, and maintain client relationships
- Actively participate in implementation processes
- Provide day-to-day support for clients and their technology use
- Assist with issue resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or equivalent
- Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
- 4+ years of specific systems experience with iKnowMed
- EHR application knowledge, preferably with iKnowMed G2
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical, and/or financial systems
- Strong organizational leadership skills
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
