Support Project Managers in the creation and maintenance of project documentation
Assist PMs in developing and implementing corrective action plans to address schedule, scope, cost, and quality variances
Anticipate and respond to client and project team needs
Support sourcing and procurement activities by preparing documents and tracking approvals

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of project management experience within capital delivery and/or real estate environments
Experience in medical and/or commercial sectors preferred
Strong collaborative skills and ability to work cross-functionally
High attention to detail with strong follow-through and task tracking skills
Excellent communication skills (listening, written, and verbal) and facilitation ability
Solid project management knowledge, including planning and execution; ground-up construction and renovation experience is a plus
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
