About the role
- Support Project Managers in the creation and maintenance of project documentation
- Assist PMs in developing and implementing corrective action plans to address schedule, scope, cost, and quality variances
- Anticipate and respond to client and project team needs
- Support sourcing and procurement activities by preparing documents and tracking approvals
- Track and report critical project metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience within capital delivery and/or real estate environments
- Experience in medical and/or commercial sectors preferred
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through and task tracking skills
- Excellent communication skills (listening, written, and verbal) and facilitation ability
- Solid project management knowledge, including planning and execution; ground-up construction and renovation experience is a plus
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
