Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead multiple development teams responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions
  • Oversee and mentor engineering managers, directors and teams across multiple product lines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering
  • At least 4+ years experience in a senior leadership role managing large, cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise-level software applications
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as Java, Golang, ReactJS, Node.js, Angular, MVC frameworks (Spring, JSF)
  • Experience managing software development for healthcare-related products or platforms is a strong plus
