Lead multiple development teams responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions
Oversee and mentor engineering managers, directors and teams across multiple product lines
Manage departmental sub-functions within broader organizational initiatives
Define, communicate, and enforce technology standards and best practices across the engineering organization
Collaborate with product, operations, and executive teams to define product requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of professional experience in software engineering
At least 4+ years experience in a senior leadership role managing large, cross-functional teams
Proven experience architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise-level software applications
Hands-on experience with technologies such as Java, Golang, ReactJS, Node.js, Angular, MVC frameworks (Spring, JSF)
Experience managing software development for healthcare-related products or platforms is a strong plus
