About the role
- Lead end-to-end project management for multiple concurrent projects (minimum 2), including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business priorities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams.
- Analyze current processes and develop future-state process maps (Visio or equivalent tools).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost optimization.
- Track and report on project KPIs and performance metrics.
- Support larger strategic initiatives led by senior project leaders.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) to enhance operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in project management, supply chain, or operations
- Demonstrated experience managing projects independently across cross-functional teams
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or commercial operations environments
- Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
