About the role
- Ensure customer satisfaction by fostering customer and sales team unity
- Work with the customer to understand their strategic vision and objectives
- Act as key triage point for assigned accounts and ownership of customer issues
- Collaborate with McKesson Account Executives, Optimization Consultants, Clinical Specialists, and more for high-quality service
Requirements
- 4+ years account management or pharmacy operations
- Experience in provider consulting, field sales, and/or product management
- Knowledge of pharmacy systems, pharmacy operations and pharmacy workflow
- Demonstrated experience in developing customer improvement plans
- Team collaboration/team player
- Community Oncology experience a plus
- Certified Pharmacy Technician or equivalent pharmacy experience a plus
