About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Owns and drives the product strategy for the Benefits Platform
- Leads medical plan connectivity strategy and manages integration partnerships
- Builds and maintains strong cross-functional relationships
- Deeply understands provider workflows and informs product decisions
- Collaborates with teams to assess product needs and implement solutions
- Uses influence to align teams around product direction and priorities
- Manages and develops a team of product managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or equivalent experience
- 9+ years of professional experience
- 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
- Product management experience (7-9 years)
- Technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
- Experience managing platform or shared-capability products
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Strong understanding of provider-facing workflows and operational realities of healthcare
- Knowledge of payer operations, benefit structures, and prior authorization processes
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, X12, HL7)
