About the role
- Lead a matrix organization to ensure financial health
- Develop and execute against annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-range plan
- Elevate insights and analysis through analytics capabilities
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of management reports
- Provide insightful and actionable reporting
- Deliver executive level presentations and written commentary
- Support M&A process and investment decisions
- Mentor direct reports and foster teamwork
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 13+ years’ experience in Financial Planning Analysis roles
- 6+ years in leadership role
- Business Intelligence tool experience preferred, but not required
- Advanced Excel, Power Point
- ERP and Planning tool experience (SAC, NetSuite, and SAP a plus)
- Experience with high growth and/or technology companies preferred
- Experience in healthcare industry plus
