About the role
- Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain web applications supporting patient, provider, and manufacturer engagement workflows.
- Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces across both external-facing and internal platforms.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Investigate application engineering tasks and prepare design specifications, technical analysis, and implementation recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
- Participate fully in agile development practices.
- Perform thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure application performance, security, reliability, and compliance.
- Contribute to system improvements and platform modernization efforts.
- Support mission-critical production applications, including participation in on-call or production support rotations as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in web application development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript, React, Node.js, and .NET
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs
- Experience working with relational databases and data platforms, including Azure SQL, Snowflake, stored procedures, views, and scripts
- Familiarity with Git-based version control systems
- Proven ability to resolve a diverse range of complex technical problems using sound judgment within defined policies and practices
- Ability to work independently under limited direction; work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives are met
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-based, enterprise environment.
