About the role
- Own the CMM strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for shared enabling capabilities
- Accountable for the adoption, effectiveness, and measurable business impact of shared capabilities
- Lead prioritization and tradeoff decisions across competing product suite needs
- Serve as primary decision maker for shared capability roadmap alignment
- Partner closely with senior leaders to shape shared capability strategy
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience
- 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills
- Product management experience and experience with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
- Technical competency with direct experience with technology platforms, data and analytics, and internal systems
- Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated enterprise-first mindset
- Demonstrated ability to create teams in new, undefined areas
