About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of sales professionals within designated geography

Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-year degree, preferably with emphasis in sales & marketing, strategic planning, or business management
- Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience
- 12+ years of field account management and/or sales experience in healthcare preferred
- Proven track record of growing market share year over year
- Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated executive relationship management
- Ability to communicate and influence at all organization levels
- Ability to identify and grow talent
