About the role
- Responsible for successful delivery of key CPM initiatives spanning multiple McKesson business units
- Ensures alignment of program objectives with CPM strategic priorities including contract lifecycle management, pricing, rebates, compliance, and enablement
- Partners with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to plan, monitor, and execute initiatives
- Develops and maintains detailed program plans including scope, deliverables, goals, budgets, dependencies, and timelines
- Monitors program status, KPIs, and qualitative and quantitative metrics
- Drives alignment and accountability across CPM stakeholders by setting clear expectations and fostering transparency
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience, typically requiring 10 or more years of relevant experience
- Eight or more years of experience leading large scale, cross functional programs
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills
- Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Product teams on complex, regulated initiatives
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, drug supply chain, or other highly regulated industries
- Technically fluent and comfortable partnering with MT and engineering teams
- Robust understanding of program and project management methodologies and tools
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
