About the role
- Lead a team of field-based reimbursement managers
- Manage day-to-day operations of a field reimbursement program
- Hire, develop, coach, and evaluate reimbursement team
- Monitor client SLA agreements and compliance
- Establish communication with clients and internal teams
- Enhance field reimbursement program through project execution
Requirements
- 6+ years of reimbursement experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting a Field Reimbursement Team preferred
- Proven account management/client management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
