Lead network engineering and delivery teams responsible for enterprise connectivity services
Oversee the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise LAN, WAN, SD WAN, wireless, and cloud connectivity solutions
Ensure network initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal impact to business operations
Own operational performance for network services, including availability, performance, incident response, and change execution
Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance network reliability and delivery efficiency
Manage network operating and capital budgets, including forecasting, cost controls, and variance management
Partner with vendors and service providers to ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and cost optimization
Identify and mitigate delivery, operational, and technology risks; escalate issues with clear recommendations
Collaborate closely with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Infrastructure Operations, and Business stakeholders
Build, coach, and develop high performing technical leaders and engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and ownership

Requirements

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in network engineering, infrastructure, or related technology domains
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
Significant experience leading enterprise network engineering or infrastructure delivery teams in large, complex environments
Strong working knowledge of modern network technologies, including SD WAN, campus/branch networking, wireless, and hybrid cloud connectivity
Proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and large scale infrastructure programs
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams
