About the role
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of configurations and process documentation across multiple products and platforms
- Support customer implementations and change requests
- Collaborate with Implementation Analysts to validate solutions and promote best practices
- Contribute to validation efforts for affiliated product releases
- Interface with internal teams on technical requirements, platform configurations, API integrations, website design, and support ticket oversight
- Validate software and hardware configurations, including testing, troubleshooting, automation, demos, documentation, and training
- Document and peer-review validation processes for supported products and platforms
- Maintain and create internal/external testing and validation documentation
- Execute validation activities (integration, stress, quality testing) and secure necessary approvals
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Apply deep understanding of product functionality to validate against business requirements
- Follow SOPs to ensure high-quality customer experiences
- Analyze and investigate data to support validation efforts
- Adhere to release management and internal control guidelines
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance, data governance, and standard procedures
- Participate in cross-training to support multiple product offerings
- Support onboarding and training of new and existing team members
- Engage in product review sessions to assess customer requests and support product evolution
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent healthcare experience
- Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
- 4+ years strategic partner collaboration experience
- 3+ years evaluating business needs and creating solutions
- 4+ years experience designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology
- Experience in business analysis, data analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems
- Proficiency with SQL
- Validation testing tools (TOAD, Postman)
- Collaborative, customer focused skills
- Experience managing key relationships and strategic partnerships

- Knowledge of products including the platforms and rules engines used to operate our solutions
